The Second Annual Soldier Ride The Hamptons was an amazing success

Thank you to all participants, supporters and sponsors for your support!

With your help we raised over $100,000 for Wounded Warrior Project. See you next year!

Thank you Lt Runzheimer and the Marines from 1st Battalion, 9th Marines for coming out, supporting the ride and motivating us to ride harder!

Lance Corporal Jordan C. Haerter

Lance Corporal Jordan C. Haerter
The Empire State Challenge was held in memory of Marine Lance Corporal Jordan C. Haerter of Sag Harbor who was killed in action in Ramadi, Iraq on April 22, 2008. To read more about LCpl Haerter please see the link on the left. We are especially honored that 27 Marines from Jordan's platoon at Camp Lejeune will ride with us in his memory and to honor their wounded comrades.

Thank you for being part of this important event that brought together veterans, cyclists, walkers, athletes, families, volunteers, and people from Long Island and New York City. It was the second of what we know will be many annual events in support of our nations wounded heroes. All funds raised will go to support veterans programs of The Wounded Warrior Project.

Dan Aykroyd
Many thanks to Dan Aykroyd for coming out to support the wounded warriors and for the awesome set at Rock The Farm!
